1. Please read the warranty policy before proceeding. If a product purchased from our website has a fault or develops
    a fault within 2 months of purchase, first register your warranty claim to us by email: contact@saffair.online
  2. Please provide the following details in your email:
    • Your full name, address and telephone number.
    • Your order ID number (and customer number) (these will be on the original Confirmation Order Notification email).
    • The date of purchase.
    • The name, colour and size of item that you wish to claim on.
    • A photograph to show the detail of the defect.
    • Explain what the defect is and how you think the defect happened.
  3.  We will then email you back with our response. If your warranty claim is authorized by us, we will then ask you to send
    back the faulty item with the printed proof of purchase (our confirmation email with your order ID) to this address:SAFFAIR

  4. Do not send the item back to us unless we ask you to. See ‘Return policies’ on specifications how to send your purchase
    back to us. Once we receive the item back and if we decide your warranty claim is valid a replacement, repair or refund
    will be sent to you within 30 working days.
